Samples

Shipping for samples is $10 flat rate within Australia, and $40 flat rate outside of Australia. For US Trade + Retail customers, please get in touch with one of our US showrooms and they will help you directly with your sample request.

Wallpaper / Fabric Orders

All of our wallpaper and fabric is printed to order in Sydney and sent with the most suitable carrier depending on the delivery location. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery from dispatch / when we send you tracking information. If we have sent you tracking information and your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please get in touch and we will do our best to track it down for you.

In countries other than Australia or New Zealand, your order may be subject to the customs fees, import duties and taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. International delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to customs clearance delays.

Returns and Exchanges

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If it is damaged, or there is an issue - please notify us within 7 days by email with accompanying photos.

As all of our wallpaper and fabrics are printed to order, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We suggest you order a sample to make sure you love it before placing an order.

We do our very best to represent the printed colour of our designs on our website as accurately as we can, however we are unable to control the colour settings of your monitor and the light in which you are viewing the display. If you’re looking to match our wallpaper to a specific fabric or a paint colour, you must order a swatch. Please allow for 10% variation between print batches when making your decision.

Wallpaper Material

Our non-woven wallpapers are very easy to install. They’re made from a blend of natural and synthetic fibers and 100% PVC/vinyl free. Unlike traditional wallpapers, they’re made of stable material and neither expand nor contract. The wallpaper and ink we use have a very high resistance to UV.

All our wallpapers are supplied untrimmed with a white selvedge at each side. Untrimmed paper offers the best possible joining of panels through the double-cut trimming method on the wall. It also protects the edges during transit and storage.

Wallpaper Installation

Using a professional installer is ALWAYS a good idea and something we strongly recommend for the best result. Our wallpaper requires double-cut installation so please check with your professional that they are familiar with this method of installation. We provide wallpaper hanging instructions with every order. You can also download the PDF here.

For our Australian clients, we may be able to recommend an installer in your area. Please get in touch and we will see if we have someone on our list that services your area.

Use readily available heavy-duty paste suitable for non-woven wallpaper. Good brands include ‘Roman’ and ‘Metylan’.

Wallpaper Quantity Estimate

We can print either as pattern-matched drops, docked to length or as continuous yards / metres. For our US customers, we generally recommend ordering as continuous yards.

We calculate quantity required as yards / lineal metres. Our wallpaper has a finished width of 28’’ / 71cm and therefore is not calculated as sqm.

We are happy to help with a quantity estimate if you are unsure of how much wallpaper to order. Please provide the width and height of the wall/s, ignoring standard doors and windows. If it’s not a straightforward layout, photos and sketches are welcome. Alternatively, your installer will be able to help with your calculation - we recommend this option for particularly tricky scenarios.

Wallpaper Removal

Our wallpaper is dry-strippable and easy to remove. Lever a corner away from the wall with a knife or blade and slowly pull across the top of the paper and down. If you are not feeling confident approaching the removal, get in touch with a professional who can remove it for you.

Wallpaper Surface Preparation

As with any decoration project, correct preparation of surfaces is very important for a good result. Walls must be clean and dry. All cracks and holes must be filled and smoothed down with sandpaper. Before hanging wallpaper on an absorbent wall (cleaned plaster, new drywall etc.), the walls should be sized with wallpaper size, applied with brush or roller. If a glossy paint finish is to be covered, the surface must be thoroughly rubbed with sandpaper to provide a 'gripping' surface. If you are papering over a dark painted surface or a patchy wall it’s preferable to apply a coat of white water-based primer.

Fabric Base

Our designs are printed on to beautiful Libeco 100% Linen, woven in Belgium. Digitally printed using a water-based pigment ink, our fabric has a high UV resistance, perfect for blinds, window treatments and occasional outdoor use. Perfect also for light use upholstery and soft-furnishings.
