Australian Made Designer Wallpaper + Fabric
Original patterns, distinctive colour and locally made designs for homes that deserve more personality.
These Walls creates original Australian wallpaper and designer fabric for interiors with personality. Think distinctive pattern, beautiful colour and designs that can quietly pull a room together or completely steal the show.
Created for homeowners, interior designers and decorators, our Australian made wallpaper collections span everything from softer, easy-to-layer patterns to bold statement designs, with many available across multiple colourways. You’ll also find a growing collection of Australian made fabrics for curtains, cushions, upholstery and custom soft furnishings, making it easy to carry pattern and colour beyond the walls.
Designed in Australia and made locally, These Walls is for spaces that feel considered, expressive and individual, not like they came straight from the same Pinterest board as everyone else’s.

OUR STORY
If These Walls could talk.
This simple phrase inspired the name of our studio and continues to shape everything we create. Walls hold memories, stories, and experiences — and through pattern and design, we give those stories a voice.
Launched in 2015 by Sara and Mick Hingle, These Walls is a textile design studio based in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. From this coastal hub, we create beautiful wallpapers and fabrics locally, where they are then brought to life in residential, hospitality, and commercial projects across the globe.
The journey began with Sara’s background as an illustrator and designer. Originally from Perth, she spent years working with publications in Australia and abroad before discovering her love for patterns through commissioned briefs. What started as an exploration soon became a passion — and eventually, a studio dedicated to celebrating the artistry of pattern in interiors.
Today, These Walls blends craftsmanship, storytelling, and design to create textile offerings that don’t just decorate spaces, but become part of their story.
